Small fire on East Street extinguished by civilian

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews investigated a reported fire alarm near East Street in Topsfield. Nothing was visible upon arrival, and the fire, which had been extinguished by a civilian, was confirmed out. Responding units, including Engine 10, returned to service after clearing the scene.
