Couple arguing in public, man bleeding from mouth

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a man and woman loudly arguing near a liquor store area in Torrington. The man was reportedly bleeding from the mouth, and both were last seen walking south across nearby tracks toward a residential area. Officers searched the surrounding streets and houses for the pair.
