Rollover vehicle and jackknifed semi on I-55

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible vehicle rollover and a jackknifed semi on the interstate near the Route 66 area. The flipped vehicle southbound may be the same incident as an existing crash northbound, and traffic control in the area appears uncertain.
