Reported rural shop fire proves to be false alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire near East (number withheld) North Road outside Towanda. Multiple agencies coordinated response plans, but the caller later reported the apparent fire was only a camera reflection and requested that the call be canceled after the building was checked and no fire was seen.
