Male overdoses on pills, not breathing normally in Osage

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible overdose at an apartment in the Osage Manor complex in Towanda. A 32-year-old man had reportedly taken multiple pills and was conscious but not breathing normally. Police were already on scene and reported the area secure.
