Suspicious man seen near mailbox on North Ashland

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious middle‑aged man who had been sitting under a mailbox near the 300 block of North Ashland Street and then reportedly walked southbound. The reporting party also requested to speak with an officer.
