Woman found unresponsive after taking sleeping pills

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units responded to a reported breathing emergency involving an adult woman who had apparently taken sleeping pills at a location on North 9th Street in Towanda. Her oxygen level was reported to be low but she was described as conscious and breathing.
