Man hits woman and forces her into car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a man assaulting a woman near the intersection of Washington and Sierra. A silver Nissan Altima was seen leaving eastbound on Cascade Way from Wall. Witnesses reported the woman appeared distressed.
