Speeding vehicles weaving through traffic on I-205

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a red Tesla and another vehicle possibly driving 80 to 90 miles per hour and weaving through lanes on eastbound Highway 205 west of MacArthur in Tracy, nearly hitting the reporting party’s vehicle.
