60-year-old man found unresponsive with possible head trauma

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a 60-year-old man found on the ground and initially not breathing on Forest Avenue between 6th and 7th. Police and fire were on scene, and the man later became alert with a possible head injury after an apparent fall. In a separate call, responders were dispatched to Jeanette Manor on South 4th Street for a person stuck in an elevator with no reported injuries.
