It is tailgating and cutting other vehicles off. Texas 28 of Lincoln-Turls-John 6516. It does return on a 2018 RAM pickup black in color to Chuck Zahn out of Granite Shoals, Texas. Currently, it's a light at Serene Hills in 71. Counties are clear.
