Belligerent solicitor flees on Segway after permit check

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported uncooperative solicitor near South 100 West in Tremonton. A possible 20-year-old man on a Segway allegedly became belligerent when asked for a city permit or identification and then left the area, possibly heading west near South (number withheld).
