Man with pancreatic cancer gasping near Trempealeau

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location near 6th Street in Trempealeau for a reported 66-year-old man who was very weak, has pancreatic cancer, was gasping for air, and had a low pulse. Additional first responders from Galesville were requested to assist.
