Person stealing from yard near 8th and Chase

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a call about a possible theft from property near 8th Street and Chase Street. The caller reported seeing one person on a camera, possibly wearing a mask, who appeared to walk in from 8th Street. Responding units were advised to have the caller wait and not confront the person, but the caller later said he planned to go into the yard on his bike before officers arrived.
