Neighbor’s dog bites another dog in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a resident near West First Street about a neighbor’s dog that allegedly got loose, entered the yard, and bit the caller’s dog after the neighbor came onto the property and fell in the yard.
