Neighbor’s dog bites another dog in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence near West First Street for an animal complaint involving a loose dog that entered a neighbor’s yard. The neighbor reportedly fell in the yard, and the loose dog bit the complainant’s dog.
