Person running in highway traffic near Bojangles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a person in camouflage pants and a black shirt running in the middle of Charlotte Highway near a restaurant, creating a possible traffic hazard. A medical unit and other responders appeared to be checking the area around a nearby intersection.
