Medical alarm activated at home, no contact made

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to a medical alarm near Nace Road in Troutville. The alarm was triggered by a button press. There may be a 75-year-old male involved, but no contact was made. A lock box code is available if needed.
