Woman vomiting blood on West State Road 66 in Troy

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS were dispatched to West State Road 66 near the Barge Inn and railroad tracks by Troy for a 27-year-old woman in a red GMC Acadia parked on the roadside who was reportedly vomiting blood and very weak. She later continued on toward the hospital.
