False report of house fire linked to basement party

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a possible house fire at a residence on Truffle in Troy after smoke was reported coming from the basement windows. All occupants were already outside. On arrival, the fire chief found no active fire and reported a possible illegal party in the basement, and responding units were canceled.
