Electrical hazard reported on Charter Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported electrical hazard near Charter Drive. Additional units also responded to a separate fire alarm at a fitness center on East Big Beaver Road, where an alarm was sounding but no smoke or flames were reported.
