Woman begging and hitting people at dollar store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a discount store parking lot near Route 13 in Kyler for a report of a woman reportedly begging and hitting a caller or the caller’s child. A male at the store had asked staff to call for help, and the woman was said to be in the parking lot.
