Small debris fire near J Street and Cross Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported grass fire near J Street and Cross Avenue in Tulare. Units found a small debris pile burning near the railroad tracks and were able to handle the situation, with some responding units canceled en route.
