Patient found in woods after Narcan and self-harm attempt

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Arkansas 42 in the Turrell area for a possible overdose and self-harm incident. A patient was reportedly found in nearby woods, given Narcan, and appeared to have attempted to choke himself. Law enforcement and the patient’s mother were at or near the scene.
