Dog left in parked car for over two hours

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a German Shepherd type dog that was apparently left for over two hours in a silver four-door vehicle near a trailer lot on North Carico Street. The reporting party later said the people left in the vehicle with the dog.
