Reckless driver reported on South Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible reckless driver near Main Street and Pinson in Tuscola, Illinois. A caller reported that a white sedan heading south on Main Street toward Route 36 flashed its bright lights, rolled down a window, and cursed at them. The driver was described as an adult male wearing a hat.
