Report of woman forced into blue Honda sport vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from near Old Forge Road of a possible abduction, where a caller said a man dragged a woman into a blue Honda CRV and the vehicle left the area about 15 minutes earlier. The caller, who was on the phone with dispatch, provided a partial license plate starting with the letter L and numbers (number withheld) and said a security guard would meet responding officers at the location.
