Combative elderly woman with dementia at Elm Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were sent to a mobile home park near Elm Street in Twin Lake for a reported 73-year-old woman with dementia who appeared to have a decreased level of consciousness and was described as combative.
