Water line break floods basement and hits gas meter

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a resident near 8th Ave in Two Harbors about a possible water line problem by a construction site. A newly connected line was reportedly spraying water onto the house and gas meter, causing flooding in the basement. City water crews were paged to respond.
