Family fight and possible fire at North Grand home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and fire crews responded to a large family disturbance near North Grand Avenue. A child caller reported family members fighting, a father possibly on drugs, and a possible fire inside or near the house. The caller said the father left the area on foot.
