Vehicles collide on Highway 101 near Perkins ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities received reports of a possible non-injury traffic collision involving a white pickup and another vehicle on northbound Highway 101 near the Perkins on-ramp in Ukiah. The occupants reportedly exited their vehicles and were seen arguing on the shoulder.
