On-ramp to Highway 101 closed by fire near Ukiah

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a fire that led to the closure of the on-ramp to southbound and northbound US-101 near Ukiah. Traffic was diverted northbound off at 11th Street while PG&E worked to address the issue.
