Report of juveniles playing loud music and displaying gang signs

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a juvenile problem reported near Mulberry St (reported in the 1100 block). Caller reported 6–7 juveniles playing loud music and displaying gang signs; many were reportedly wearing red.
