Smoke and flames reported near 6th Street Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of smoke and possible flames near the 6th Street Bridge in Umatilla, Oregon, possibly on the west side by a power line. A caller reported seeing smoke and then flames, and responders searched the area to locate any fire.
