Men seen jumping from dumpster at Dollar General

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible suspicious situation near a discount store in Union City after two males were reported jumping out of a dumpster and yelling at the reporting party. Units also checked nearby individuals in dark clothing pushing a cart in the roadway and searched around the dumpsters and behind the store.
