Fire alarm investigation at 36th Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to fire alarms in a four-story building near 36th Street, then were reassigned to a possible garbage truck fire near 51st Street. The truck was reported to be smoking at the rear, with no visible flames when crews arrived, and hoses were stretched as a precaution.
