Cars reported racing on Vickery Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call from near Vickery Lane in Unity about possible cars racing back and forth for about an hour. Units later noted that the reported noise may be coming from a monster truck operating near the seawall, rather than an active traffic violation.
