Multiple outdoor fires reported on Thorndike Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Unity were dispatched to Thorndike Road near a box location for a report of four outdoor fires larger than campfires that appeared to be spreading. Radio updates indicated it might be a permitted burn that someone on scene was checking.
