Traffic stop leads to one person in custody

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near East West Highway and Baltimore Avenue involving a blue Hyundai Elantra with a Maryland registration. Dispatch later reported one person in custody around 19:33. Units also checked near Edgewood Road and an address in the 9300 block, where two suspects were reportedly near a gray Honda SUV.
