Group argument in apartment parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance involving about 15 people arguing in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Units were advised that the group reportedly left northbound in several dark-colored four-door vehicles before officers arrived.
