No vehicle found after embankment check

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a follow-up check for a reported vehicle down an embankment near Mountain Avenue and Ruby in Upland. They searched the slow lane and nearby area and reported that nothing was visible and they cleared the scene.
