Smoke from van at fairgrounds, no active fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported fire at the fairgrounds electrical room. Maintenance indicated smoke coming from the electrical room of a left-side building. Engine 18 arrived and determined the smoke was coming from a van and there was no active fire.
