Reckless driver ends up in ditch on Route 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a reckless driver near the state police office, headed toward Cowen. The caller described a black pickup with no license plate and another vehicle following it. An officer instead located a blue Chevy Equinox with no registration driving erratically on Route 20 southbound near Traverse South, and the vehicle apparently went into a ditch where the officer made contact.
