Man overdosing on heroin given Narcan at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a suspected heroin overdose involving a 72-year-old man with ineffective breathing and possible cardiac arrest near Ivanhoe Drive in Urbana. Narcan was reportedly administered and medical and fire units were sent to the scene.
