Man having manic episode, not taking medication at church

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check is underway near Cass Avenue at Fisherman's Net Church for a man with a possible manic episode, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. He may be violent and has a warrant. He was last seen near a tree off Cabot Church.
