As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from hospice that a patient near North St in Utica (lot 7) was reportedly threatening self-harm and that a firearm may be somewhere in the home (type/location unknown, possibly a handgun). The caller was reportedly not on scene. History was referenced as “70s abuse” (unclear, possibly substance abuse).
