68-year-old man resuscitated with chest compressions

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a man who was initially unresponsive and turning gray at a restaurant on Water Street in Utica. Someone at the scene performed chest compressions, and the man regained consciousness before EMS arrived.
