Gas theft interrupted behind Vacaville U-Haul

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted a Toyota van in the rear lot of a U-Haul facility in Vacaville and began investigating a possible interrupted gas theft. A woman was detained near the van, and officers searched the property and nearby freeway side, including use of a drone, for any additional suspects connected to prior reported gas thefts at the same location.
