Aggressive person reported at River Run building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious and aggressive man at River Run Building A near US Highway 6. The man was reportedly insulting the reporting party, hiding a bicycle inside the building, and wearing dark clothing and a baseball hat. The reporting party waited outside the building for officers.
