Hit-and-run in apartment parking lot on Kayak Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a hit-and-run crash in an apartment parking lot near Kayak Court. An older black or gray Chevy truck with a blue cab allegedly struck an older white Buick and then drove westbound on Highway 6. No injuries are reported and the vehicles are not blocking traffic.
